- rezoned/annexed parcels into Avalon Park development, which is planned for 8,818 homes and about 1 million square feet of commercial space
- approved a resolution to send City’s 2026–2029 housing plan to the Fla Housing Finance Corporation to apply for State grant money for affordable housing
- awarded a Contract to replace Lift Station 53 (constructed in 1976) which should increase stormwater pumping capacity to control flooding
